Public Works Department Offers Key Services Under Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act

Citizen services provided by the Public Works Department through the Aaple Sarkar Portal:

✅ Issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for channels (optical fiber cable, gas, water pipeline, etc.) across/parallel to the road
✅ Issuance of NOC for road digging for basic infrastructure utilities (electricity, water, sewage, etc.) for industrial units
✅ Issuance of NOC for approach road to petrol pump
✅ Issuance of NOC for buildings on roadside
✅ Filling of potholes under the jurisdiction of Public Works Department
✅ Registration and renewal of Contractors in Class 4 and 4A
✅ Registration and renewal of Contractors in Class 5, 5A, 6; registration of unemployed Engineers; classification and renewal of Labour Co-operative Societies in Class A
✅ Classification of Contractors in Class 7, 8, 9 and classification of Labour Co-operative Societies in Class B; maintenance of buildings; and registration and renewal in Class 7 of candidates who have passed the Civil Engineering examination

All the above-mentioned services are covered under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, 2015, ensuring time-bound service delivery.
