Hon’ble Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Reviewed Road Development Plans for Simhastha Kumbh Mela in Nashik

A meeting regarding road development was held in Nashik on the occasion of the ‘Simhastha Kumbh Mela’ under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis and Hon’ble Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari. Hon’ble Public Works Minister Shri Shivendrasinhraje Bhosale was also present.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced that, with a view to the upcoming Simhastha Kumbh Mela, all roads connecting Nashik will be developed to ensure smoother travel and safer facilities for devotees.

In the high-level meeting, approval was granted for the construction of the Nashik Ring Road, and a decision was taken to widen the Nashik–Trimbak Road to six lanes.
