Hon’ble PWD Minister instructs SRA Survey and Rehabilitation of Mankhurd Highway Residents

The Sion-Panvel Highway is a special state highway under the jurisdiction of the Public Works Department. In the Mankhurd area, citizens have been residing in large-scale constructions along this highway for several years. Hon’ble Public Works Minister Shivendra Singh Bhosale directed that the affected land be surveyed through the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) and that residents be rehabilitated at appropriate locations. The meeting was attended by MLA Sana Malik Sheikh, PWD Secretary Sanjay Dashpute, Deputy Secretary Pradnya Walke, Under Secretary Sudhir Shingade, and other officials.
